Strategic Plan. Challenges and Pillars
We are the leading reputation management, communications and public affairs consulting firm in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, and this is our direction for the future.
The 2017-19 Clientcentric Strategic Plan was created with this premise as its framework, arranging our company’s actions for the next three years with the goal of achieving service excellence by placing our clients at the center of every operation.
“Clientcentric” is the slogan for our new Plan; it conveys our commitment to our clients, our road map and our company’s motif. Each day, all our employees strive to provide their clients with quality service, and in the upcoming years, we will work hard to make them the focal point of our strategy.
Preparing the plan involved three main steps:
- Defining the pillars.
- Determining the leaders and components for the task forces that will put each pillar into practice.
- Selecting the top priorities, done by the company’s Global Steering Committee.
The basic pillars that support the company’s program of proposed measures are:
- Operations and Regions.
- Quality and Results.
- Company Integration.
- Finance and M&A.
- Positioning and Sustainability.
- Digital Transformation and Innovation.
In turn, these strategic lines translate into 19 specific challenges, for which 27 action plans have been defined to strengthen and expand LLORENTE & CUENCA’s leadership position.
The 2017-2019 Strategic Plan is the firm’s response to the need to anticipate changes that will affect our clients’ and company’s results.
